International Orders

Shipping and handling charges on orders returned by customs or refused by customers are not refundable.
Special Labeling for Certain Countries
Due to laws and customs regulations in certain countries, we may be required to label our products with specific descriptions (such as topical cream). There is no additional charge for customers in these countries.
Shipping Address Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid shipping address during the order process. Customers will receive tracking information once orders have been shipped and should verify their shipping address before our shipping cut-off time.
Due to various costs involved in processing returned orders (such as restocking, manual processing, and banking fees), orders returned due to invalid or insufficient addresses are only eligible for a 50% refund on the product cost, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
