2. ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

2.1 Order Cancellation Within Trial Period

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason and wish to cancel within our satisfaction guarantee period, simply contact our Customer Service department at [email protected]. You must initiate the return process within 180 days of your purchase date. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee may apply to opened products.

2.2 Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable regardless of whether you cancel your order within the guarantee period. However, if there was an error in your order processing that was our fault, we may, at our discretion, refund shipping costs. If you believe there was an error in your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.

2.3 Processing and Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping time varies according to the shipping option selected at checkout and your location within Canada. If you experience any delays, please contact our Customer Service department. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve shipping issues, though resolution remains at our discretion.

3. PROMOTIONAL PRICING

We may offer temporary price reductions for promotional purposes. If we reduce the price of a product for promotional reasons, you will be charged the promotional price during the promotion period. Promotional pricing may end without prior notice, though existing orders will honor the price at the time of purchase.

4. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are unsatisfied with your TerraFreeze purchase for any reason, you may return it within 180 days of purchase. To initiate a return:

Refunds will be processed less shipping costs and applicable restocking fees. A 15% restocking fee applies to opened products.

Assignment: We may assign this agreement to successors. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains in effect.

Legal Fees: The prevailing party in any legal action may recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
